WELDING MACHINE TIG SERIES

TIG Welding
This type uses a tungsten electrode to produce the weld. In this type of welding, the welder requires argon gas in the process. The tungsten used can withstand very high temperatures so it does not melt and is consumed during welding, unlike ARC and MIG welding. These tungsten electrodes are used to conduct flame, melt and create a weld pool so that the metal is connected.

This TIG method requires special skills, because if done correctly it can produce a very neat and smooth weld that is pleasing to the eye, suitable for application to visible welding media and thin-sized materials such as bicycles. This method is most commonly used for shipbuilding, automotive and aircraft manufacturing. Because the process is difficult, it will take time for someone to master it well.
